Making Milkshakes with a Walker

I am sharing the way I make milkshakes daily since I walk with my walker now.   It is tough to carry things with a walker but we try to find a way.    I walk back to get my chair so I can sit while I drink it.  I do not want to spill liquid.
Whey Protein, chocolate ice cream, and milk is all of the ingredients it takes to make this shake, yums.   I know others want my favorite recipe so I am offering mine.  ~grins~
Voila!  It is ready to drink!  My family cannot believe that I drink this much, Ok I have a drinking problem :)   Just sharing my life is all....

Oh yum! I have a coupon for a free shake from Chick Fil A this month :-)

I had knee surgery in 2004 and remember how hard it was on crutches to get a plate of food back to the couch. I usually just ate at the counter! I can imagine you must come up with many creative solutions daily!

Ooh...that looks yummy! At least you admit you have a problem. They say that's the first step to recovery ;)

Blessings to you my friend!

Sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing the ~ahem~ recipe! And I do understand how much 'fun' it is trying to prepare food with a walker!

Do you put the shake on your walker and then push it to your chair? I would spill it every time! Are your counters low enough or are they standard height? Whey protein, I've never tasted it, but it sounds really healthy.

The first step is always admitting you have a problem! LOL Looks yummy Kim, and very resourceful way to transport items.

It seems I keep getting hungry when I surf the blogs!

Whey protein sounds healthy but the chocolate ice cream makes up for it.

that looks delish! I don't think I could have it as I am lactose intolerant. But, I am envious.

this is so cool. I've just started blending every thing I can get my hands on. why the whey protein? also I imagine you can use any flavor ice cream you choose, right?

Whey protein, huh? That sounds like a way to make shakes healthy! And guilt-free! I thought those seated walkers were made for that purpose - to carry things from bags hanging on the handles, to transport small kitchen appliances, and sometimes to sit upon. I have used mine to transport a Smoothie across the patio, but alas I hit a bump and down went the smoothie. The dog licked it up happily. I wasn't too happy about it, though. So the walker doesn't always make great transport. I learned that lesson the hard way.

I could use my walker to carry the shake but it is too easy to spill. I just walk back and get my chair to drink with, also to drink anything such as water. I do have a drinking problem, first step to recovery :) Whey is to make it healthy.
