Yay, Canada geese! Our gift to the world.
Aw, how sweet! That first photo is wonderful! I've always loved that they mate for life. Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day! Blessings to you!

Kim, I like the photos, but I have a real thing about the geese. Don't get me started!Peace [sort of]Muff
That was so cute thanks for sharing. Now that I live it the city, I miss seeing all the real wildlife. Have a great Mothers Day.
These are cute. If only they'd poop in the water, instead of the park.haha
How sweet! Great job capturing the little family. :)
What great photos and story line to go with it! We have seen geese and goslings in our yard and they are really cute! Happy Mother's Day to you too! God bless!
Have you read "Make Way for Ducklings?" Your post reminds me of that. On Easter morning, there was a gaggle of baby geese crossing the road with their mom and dad! It was so cute. You should have seen their little feet move when our car moved closer! I wished I'd had my camera with me! Love your picts! Glad you got it!Happy Mothers Day!
We have a pond near our home with lots of geese, ducks, cranes and other birds. It is so precious to see the new babies following their parents in the spring! Thank you for this heartwarming post :)
well, that's one endearing quality about geese; they mate for life. At least they aren't floosies...
Last week 5 goslings were hatched in the pond behind our house - they are so adorable! I was watching how naturally they just stay together and instinctively just stay w/their parents and I mused to my hubby - now why don't our children do that?! Ha! I posted some pics on FB, I need to get them up on my blog too.
