The reflection changes every moment, like our lives do.


Look at your life.  Think of the kind of reflection you are leaving.

When The Dog Knows More

Our horse dog, kept barking down the hall, going back and forth.  He was trying to get our attention.

We kept saying, calm down, go outside, get your bone, etc.  My sister even heard him, while talking to me on the phone.

Our son finally gets up, tells us, he was letting a friend stay here.   The kid could not go home, yet.  He had missed his curfew.

We had a stranger in the house, asleep behind the closed door.

This was lunch time, before we knew, our horse dog, knew more than we did.

Lesson here, listen to your dog, sometimes they know more.

Half Full Friday

I like this thought, the glass is half full, not half empty.  Life as eye see it started this in 2009.

Listing things I am thankful for during this past week:
1.  Getting my van worked on, not running yet.
2.  Having a Dad, he is doing ok.
3.  The ability to breath, I have seen many struggle.
4.  Having dirty shoes!
5.  Waking up this morning....

Can you see the deer?

It is a good, that I am not a deer hunter.   

I did not see the deer, in my backyard. (Husband did cut down a few trees)

Be careful, for things you do not see.

Watching Fireworks.

This July 4th brings back many fond memories of going to watch fireworks with our kids.

I would drive around with my scooter to watch fireworks from many different parking lots....and Wedowee Lake...and McCaysville to watch them catch Tator Hill on fire accidentally....to name a few.

The fun of it was watching  with friends and family.    These are the memories of a good Life!
