After the Storms

We awoke to see the boat floating in the lake....
after a stormy night in the South.

I do feel compassion for the ones who had devastation.
our normal water level
I am so Thankful higher water levels in the lake
 is all we awoke to!

Good to hear that you are ok and that you didn't suffer the amount of tornadoes, that have damaged a lot lately in the US. Have a nice weekend :o)

Quite a difference in these two pictures, I am glad to see you are alright. I spent the evening glued to the T.V., so awful. I think a record breaking day.

Those tornados are so terrible and so devastating. My thoughts are with all the victims today.

I agree with you; the devastation across the country is tragic. The pic of your place is so beautiful and serene even though the water level is high. Hope you have a good weekend.

Happy to hear all is well in your neck of the woods. They predicted horrible rain for today in central NJ but we got almost nothing. Love those weathermen! Peace to you and enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Lovely view. Must be nice to stay near lakes and the greens. I am living in the city and seeing something like this is lovely. All I could see are my potted plants and buildings and cars every where.

Thank goodness you were not among those who had so much devastation happen to their homes. I too feel bad for those who were not so lucky

Glad that you are OK. Sending good wishes to people affected by the tornadoes. It is floods here. We had our average rainfall for the month of March by 10.30 am on the first. And it has rained almost constantly since.
