The Love of a Grandparent

The joy of a Grandfather and his grandson, my Dad and baby. So happy to have a Dad still here with his grandson and laughing together. The baby will not remember this moment, but a photo will help him to know, it did happen.

This moment does happen in most of our lives, we just do not remember it, now there is ease of photography, to help.

In most cases, be grateful for your Grandparents, this moment is probably in your past also.

What a great shot. And a great tribute to Grandparents everywhere. I have no grandparents left now, but I am grateful for the pictures as well.

Wonderful post.
You are so sweet!

Beautiful post. My grandparents are all gone but I have the fondest memories of snuggling up with them on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for reminding me of that love. Different to a parent but equally special.

Beautiful post. I was very close to my grandmother. Nannie and Papa were stabilizing and nurturing influences in my life. I had the honor of caring for her the last 2 years in my home before she went into the nursing home. I am honored that my 7 year old will remember her great grandmother. And I miss her SO much - she just died 2 weeks ago. This post is beautiful to me on many levels.

OH how precious! I have a picture like this w/my son & my grandpa. It is so very precious to me since my grandpa passed away 9 years ago. What a great reminder to remember our grand parents. Thank you for that today. I pray your week is off to a great start!

Blessed are you children Kim for his presence in their lives.

I only have short memory with mine that I will forever cherish in my heart and mind as there was no photograph I ever hold of that dear grandfather of mine except this poem.

We have Fathers' Day and Mothers' Day. Is there a Grandparents' Day? Should we neglect our grandparents? Anyway, I just hope it is not for commercial purpose but a day to show our appreciation and gratitude towards our grandparents.

May all grandparents be well and happy always!
