WHEN LIFE THROWS YOU

I did start the day off being thrown to the floor by my wheelchair, because my housecoat got caught on the trigger. So the chair flew into the door jam and burned the tires until I could figure out a way to unplug the batteries. It was one of those challenges but what a way to start the day. I was so blessed I did not get hurt, and I will be more careful from now on. It is a case of too much confidence, I wasn't as careful as I used to be. I am like a child learning to walk and I learned when you fall, you get back up. When life throws you down, a challenge that everyone has, you have to keep on keeping on.

Amazing situation and how you were able to cope with the accident. Good for you . This quite an ordeal.
I bet you were laughing at the whole episode after it was all over?

so glad you didn't get hurt! but isn't that the truth about life--when you get thrown down, you just have to get up and try again. you have a strong and brave spirit!

Yikes! Be careful. Glad you didn't get hurt. This post made me think of a bumper sticker I saw the other day on some woman's car. It read, "Cowgirl up!"

Cowgirl gets thrown off but she gets right back on and RIDES! :) Thanks for the post.

I did not realize you were in a wheelchair, but I'm glad you're ok. Too much confidence is not a bad thing really, better than no confidence at all. However, as you rightly said when you 'fall' it is just to rise again and move on, it is how we learn and develop.
