My Painting

I painted the picture above.  It is the road where I grew up at in North Georgia.  It is home to me.

My painting skills improved since I started going to a class at our local senior citizen center.

The other students noticed I am “ambidextrous“ when painting.  It is because my right hand was damaged by MS.   One good thing out of MS?

I am so happy to be making progress in my hobby of my older years!

Gorgeous painting! You've sure got talent.
Despite the MS damage, you've accomplished quite a lot!
Keep up the good work!

WOW.
Love your work. I started life as a left hander. My kindergarten teacher tied my left hand behind my back. These days I am VERY right handed and find it hard to do anything with my left. And have less than no artistic talent.

Awesome painting! It's good to be able to use both hands.
Keep it up & thanks for sharing with those of us who have absolutely no talent!

UPDATE (6/16/18, 6 pm): I talked to Ginny about an hour ago and she asks that everyone say some extra prayers for her... She did come through surgery fine --- but she now has some uncontrollable bleeding and they haven't found where it is coming from yet. They are putting her in ICU tonight --and will run some tests searching for where the blood loss is coming from. Continued prayers for Ginny. Please pass this info on to other friends of Ginny --both on Blogger and Facebook. Thank You, and God Bless our friend, Ginny Hartzler.

Kim...my mom is from Ga. All that side of my family lives about 45 mins outside of Atlanta. Not been in yrs to visit though. My mom is from a small town, Cedartown, just outside of Rome. DO you know it? A lot of folks have never heard of it and I find it so cool when someone has.
