I like to look for the humor in life! Maybe it helps me to keep a better attitude?

I think humor can change our lives, no matter what we go through.
Laughing is so good for us and I imagine it would help manage any disease or condition. I am a widow and am on a reading kick of humorous memoirs which are a nice distraction and once in a while I laugh out loud.
Yvonne will do a great presentation. She has a very funny MS blog at yvonnedesousa.com. Check it out!
I believe humor is good for anything and everything that ails you!
I am sure that without laughter I would have gone under a loooooong time ago.
Laughing is the best medicine. My hubby has had bout after bout of cancer and is on a feeding tube. His attitude is the best. Hugs, lj
Laughing is the best medicine. Love your positive attitude.
Thanks Kim. Guess am too late
Good idea, the use of humor.Humor has a lot of health benefits; it reduces stress and anxiety, it relaxes muscles, decreases blood pressure, improves immunity system, and on the whole it makes one...happy.
That is awesome... HUMOR changes everything about us... We all need to let loose and just be happy and show our joy and laughter no matter what is going on in our lives....
My friend (who also had MS) had a fabulous sense of humor and she always made us laugh.... I miss her.
Hugs,
Betsy
