I was thrilled to spend several days with my new grandbaby last week....
I missed my son terribly since he could not be there!
We did get to skype with him in Afghanistan though.

Since a future with MS and children looked bleak,
many many years ago....
I feel so blessed to be a Grandmother!
I think like a typical Grandmother

It will be the best time of your life and you will spoil him terribly. But that is what grandparents are for! It is our job! I hope your son stays well and will come home soon!

Oh Kim, he is sweetheart! Being a grandma is wonderful! My granddaughter turns 9 on Saturday, and I must admit, they have probably been the best 9 years of my life!
