When the Horse comes Galloping In

When the horse comes galloping through my door.  I know it will be a rough hour of play when he is in a galloping mood...well he is a lazy dog normally....

Donny sleeps by the wheels of my chair but when the chair "clicks" (power chairs click before they move) he jumps quickly.

Sorry to say I have rolled over his feet a bit??  I did not know he was so near me until I moved.

I have Fun playing tough-a-war with this rope in the picture.  As with any furry grandkid,  he does not care about the camera:)

Donny is one of those pets that came with the son, when he moved back in a year ago.   They both lived here til the Marines called!

Donny has been here for me since my son left for boot camp however his new name is Brat!  but he does not answer to that name?

Aw, he looks like a sweetheart! Our dog is too tired and old to play games anymore. I kind of miss those days...

Looks like Brat is doing well--even though I'm sure he still misses your son. I'm sure your son enjoys seeing pictures of his doggie...

Have a wonderful day, Kim.
Hugs,
Betsy

Oh what a cutie! I can imagine that a dog that size does indeed sound like a horse galloping into your house!
I am glad you have him near by!

So he is a fairly new addition to your family?? Is his name really Brat?? How old is he and where did you get him? He seems a perfect fit for you! I'm glad to meet him!!!

Haha! Brat made me laugh! I'm scared of dogs. They are cute when they are afar though! I love that he keeps you company!

I have two pavement specials, one sleeps under my chair and the other sleeps behind, but as soon as my chair clicks there is a mad scramble to get out from under

He is a handsome guy. My big yellow lab used to gallop all over the place with enthusiasm too. Now I have a little Sheltie. His is more of a bounce than gallop, but he is always ready to play games.

It is always fun to have a pet around the house, especially with kids are all grown up and away. I might get a dog too when my sons leave the nest. It kinda give us the same feeling when we were taking care of our kids.

That's funny! The son left, but the dog stayed. Oh well, the dog probably doesn't leave his socks lying around :)
