in front of the pretty mountains where I grew up at.

It was really windy on the hill in Copperhill TN

oh my hair!

we gave up but we all walked away laughing!

Sometimes we just have to laugh at ourselves (my hair) when things dont go as planned!

MS Buddy Program

Since March is MS Awareness Month.....I was happy to share an interesting program called MS Buddy when asked.

MS Buddy is an innovative app that connects people living with MS all over the US. Every day each user gets matched with a new "buddy." They then get to chat with their buddy about anything and everything, including shared experiences, exercise routines, daily struggles, new medications they are trying out, etc.

This is a Hupmobile car, as far as we can tell from our research.
