Things Can Change

When I feel like I am growing to the couch and my back aches........I am so thankful I can get up and walk like the net image above............walking sure does make me feel better!

I am loving July nowadays when I used to dread it because the heat makes me melt.

And now I even love silence!  When I used to think it was so sad.

So Hang on if you don't like something cause it could change!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to get off the couch.
July here is mid winter. Bliss.
And I love silence - and revel in the peace and quiet of early morning (it is just after six here).

Hi Kim, You are SO right... Things can change in an instant... Nothing is guaranteed, is it?

We are having a great July so far since it hasn't been too hot. I could get used to this cooler weather... BUT--who knows what will happen in August!!! ha

Have a great week/weekend... Hope you enjoy(ed) my post today about the Steam Locomotive Train ride we took.. I have a real passion for old trains since Daddy worked for the railroad...

Hugs,
Betsy

I like your phrase "growing to the couch". Sometimes I think I am planted there! I need to make an effort to get up and walk around, that is good for us!

Indeed, things change, we change, even if we don't always notice that.
I'm glad the changes you mention in your post seem to be beneficial to you.

This is a good advice "to hang on...".

Kim,
Yep, keep moving. Activity is the best form of medicine. Even a little bit of movement reaps huge rewards for you physically AND mentally!
Go girl! (That is SO 90's)

So true. A greater appreciation of life often comes with maturity, even if accompanied by other problems.
