My Hubs was driving home last night
when his car was hit by a deer.
(the car did fare better than the pitiful deer)
So this morning I wanted to get a pic of the car
then I smiled when I saw myhorse dog Donny sniffing it
to see
what has happened to his dads car.
The wreck is a hassle but

Wow. That must have been some deer. Glad your husband was okay. I assume the deer wasn't quite as lucky.
Oh my...glad he is okay. And your dog is HUGE!! Ha

Ackkk, I'm glad your hubs was okay!
Deer can wreak such havoc. Happy to hear your husband is all right. Donny really is BIG!!!
Peace,
Muff
It is amazing how much damage a deer can do! Glad your husband is safe. :-)
so sorry to hear this, glad your hubby is ok, and poor beautiful car, and poor dead deer. wild life and us humans don't mix to well. a friend had her small car totaled by a black bear in Ocala FL
Oh My goodness... The Deer can really cause alot of damage to vehicles... So sorry this happened to your hubby --but glad that he wasn't hurt...
Hugs,
Betsy
So glad he's okay!
Oh wow glad he is ok. My parents hit a deer once and said it was really scary.
One of the most important things was that your husband wasn't hurt. I am so glad. Kangaroos do similar damage here.
And yes, Doony is a large dog. I am glad that I don't have the responsiblity of picking up after him. He is beautiful though - and probably thinks your husband should have brought home some deer for him.
Oh my, didn't know a deer could do so much damage. Must be a huge deer. Glad to hear that your hubby is okay.
I am so thankful your husband is okay!
Oh my sorry about the car but happy to hear your husband wasn't hurt.
Oooops that is a bad dent. Glad hubs is okay. The dog/horse could probably small the deer.
Thank God your Hubby wasn't hurt. I have heard hooror stories these sort of accidents. Your dog is such a cutie.....and huge!!!! LOL!
Have a great day!
Blessings, Joanne
Glad your hubs is ok.
Oh my gosh Kim! How lucky you Hubs wasn't hurt. That car looks like it took a beating, no wonder the deer didn't make it.
Those darn deer are so active this time of year because the buck are in rutt. Happy your Husband is safe.
I'm thankful along with you that he isn't hurt. We have to drive a road that is practically a deer run, and I'm always paranoid that I'll have the unfortunate encounter. What a mess.
One Christmas night, we hit not one but TWO bucks. Killed them both, and the van was never quite the same after, either.
OMG Kim...that's awful but thank God he wasn't hurt. The car can be replaced...the hubs can't.
SO glad he's okay... I've come close a couple times, once a buck jumped across the hood of my car while I was doing 70 on the freeway years ago... whew!
Hi Kim,
So happy all is well with your Hubs. Those deer are horrible this time of year. Running all over the place.
How are you feeling?? Wishing you a Wonderful Thanksgiving.
So glad your husband was not hurt! And I believe Donny smells a deer!
My hubby had that happen before as well and the car looked about like that. Thankfully he was all right and your hubs is too! Wonder if your Donny smells the deer in that mess?
That happens frequently in this corner of the woods, too. Glad he wasn't hurt.
