Family reunion times. Edeltraut (Oma) has her sisters Lilo and Helma, visiting from Germany. It is wonderful to have sisters together again. It is unique when you have such a nice family and you cannot understand their language. That is when you try to use signals and signs to communicate.
We have had a fabulous time together, this is a picture of a dinner at my house for them.

It is fun sometimes when we cannot speak the language of some.Good way to get to know someones personality.
Such a beautiful picture of family! I'm glad that all of you had a nice time together and that the language barrier wasn't a problem! I don't know any German, but there are some in my town that speak it very well.

Time with the family is always good....
I know how you and them felt not being able to communicate. When I first went to the States I knew very little english and my in laws didn´t know spanish.... still there are somethings that you understand in every language, like a hug and a smile.

I love getting together with family, unfortunatley, we don't do it enough.
