Not a Black Friday to Me

It is my grandsons 2nd birthday!

I feel so blessed to have had this cutie in my life for 2 years now!

My grandson and I went outside to play in the leaves. Of course I see more leaves after last weeks sweeping......so I start sweeping them off again. 

At this point you might think I have a tree problem but I love trees!

He took the broom from me!  He swept like a pro!

He is 2 and likes leaves like any toddler would.

Yep I am tired!  However, This is a Priceless time with my grandson!

Using Wheelchairs to Sweep Leaves

Where there's a will.....there is a way!  well not always but for me sweeping there was.

I love sweeping the million leaves off our driveway every year..... on a pretty day!

Of course I was tired after it was done but I consider it a "good tired"!  

I felt accomplished and so thankful I can work outside in my chair.

Maybe I should use the leaf blower? Nah old fashioned broom gives me a workout.

Happy Birthday Son in Kuwait

It has been 5 years since this photo was taken of my son graduating from Marine Boot Camp.  

I wish him another Happy Birthday with the Marines.....this time in Kuwait!  

How can 26 years with him in my life......fly by so fast?
