The Heat In the Winter

It has been in the 70's (21c) here in Georgia much of the Winter.

It was warm enough that my niece could play with the water while helping me to clean my porch.

My advice to MSers:  Watch out for the heat effect in the Winter!  If I feel poorly or start having legs spasms they usually go away when I cool off by changing into cooler clothes.

  2. Good girl! Nice of your niece to help you with cleaning the porch.

We all have to watch out for weather anomalies such as heat in winter or freezing in a usually warm country. Weather can greatly affect our health, and until the last decade, people were less aware of that.

  3. True. Winter is my best time (and as we hover around 100 I am longing for it). However I have been caught before now going into overheated shopping centres. Cool is much better.

  4. Well, it's just not natural for sure. But I'm not complaining. Maybe global warming?

  6. This has been a crazy winter. Here in Ohio we have just now settled into a typical winter weather pattern.
Excellent advice...I always have short pants at the ready!
