I am still Alive! I have been missing from the blogosphere for awhile.....
I have felt much better lately. I am enjoying being more active.
My MS is still Inactive according to many MRI's!
The doctor said.....they think MS can burn itself out sometimes in long disease periods like mine.....30 years!!
I personally believe it is miraculous for any disease to burn itself out!!! It might be considered a long remission?

ReplyDeleteI, too, heard about burnout recently from my neuro. I've had MS for 40 years, and the thought that it is not inevitable that MS keep charging through my body is shocking but, ultimately, oh, what welcome news. I can almost let out a deep sigh of relief, except I don't trust yet that I am scot-free. Let's hope your neuro and mine are correct in their assessment.
ReplyDeleteI stopped taking the interferon shots in August last year. The MS is still dormant....and I feel so much better now. I feel free of MS!
