My daughter...Leah...and my niece...Courtney have always dreamed of visiting New York City at Christmas.
I thought 'Why?'
but I try to remember when I was young and adventurous like they are now!

ReplyDeleteLast year My Grandkids and I went to NYC to check out all the Christmas lights. Fun day actually.
ReplyDeleteGlad they had such a fun time!! LOL... You must have been worried about them because of all the stories you hear.
Our kids went last winter, for a whirlwind long weekend visit. These are beautiful young ladies and look so happy. But yes, glad they are back! I have always wanted to go.

Seeing a Broadway play is on my bucket list but I don't want to have to go to New York to do it!
ReplyDeleteSometimes vicarious adventures are better than no adventures all! I know there are people who love New York City, but my one visit (many years ago, to Madison Square Garden for a dog show) convinced me that I'd rather have somebody else go, and send me pictures :) I'm glad they had a good time!
