My horse dog Donny may look innocent and smiling here in this old pic,
but he Stank to high heavens after running through the woods yesterday.
(he must have come across something dead)
He stunk so bad that my daughter volunteered to give him a bath.
you know he had a foul odor when she volunteered
It took waterless dry shampoo, super deodorizing wipes, magical deodorizing spray and finally a bath with dog shampoo...
to get Donny clean again!
Oh but I bet Donny had fun! lol!
ReplyDeleteKudos to your daughter! She worked hard to get Donny clean and nice smelling and deserves much appreciation for that.
ReplyDeleteHe looks like he's thinking "Who me? But I smelled so goood..."
ReplyDeleteBut he's lovable! Dogs can be forgiven for just about anything.
ReplyDeleteI have seen dogs find something dead and roll in it. So gross..
ReplyDeleteBut it all comes back to that face! He is adorable and at the end of Donny's day that is all that really matters.
ReplyDeleteHe thinks he smelled pretty good! He sure is handsome!
ReplyDeleteWhat is that about dogs and smelly things? But he's sooooo cute!
ReplyDeletebut he sure had fun :)
ReplyDeletePerhaps he encountered a skunk and got sprayed by skunk stink ?
ReplyDeleteDon't they just love that. The deader the better. And our german shepherds used to roll in anything particularly special(vile). Glad that Donny is smelling better (to you) now.
ReplyDeleteHa!! Bet he loved how he smelled!!
