A Rainy Weekend!

We have been in a bit of a drought so....
I was Thankful for a rainy night weekend in Georgia.

I thought this blurry pic captures the feeling of heavy rain
.....outside my window

The sun did shine again but with very muddy water
Many analogies here.....
as more storms head in our direction

  3. Nice shots! It's been pouring here too for a few days. I ran in the rain today and was so cold and soaked afterwards that it took me a couple of hours to warm up.

  18. Glad you got rain since you needed it, Kim. We have had nothing BUT rain/rain/rain all winter... I don't think we have seen the sunshine but one time in about 2 weeks... Talk about too much rain!!!! That's us!!!!!

    Great pictures.

  20. Usually in Pennsylvania, we have dreary skies most of the winter. This winter has been an easy one for us. At least when it rains here, we don't have to shovel it.

  26. Oh please send some southward! We got storms and lost power but not much rain. It's getting kind of scary down here to look at the ponds and river.
