Gosh, you had a picture of the sub made into a clock! This is way cool! I bet he loves it, too. Or maybe it is not good memories? Oh, I would get SO claustrophobic, and I have to have lots of daylight, too. The sailors must have to take lots of vitamin D. Hope you have a great weekend!
my step son was also in the navy and is now a civilian employee for the navy. My husband tried to talk my son in to the navy but he didn't like the sound of being stuck on a sub and joined the army. A big thanks to your husband
Wow. Being on a sub like that would be so overwhelming!
ReplyDeleteI was on a train when I passed the unique time & date:11 hours on 11-11-11.
ReplyDeleteThank you to your husband and all the stouthearted men (and women) who were willing to sacrifice for me.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks to your son, too!
Thanks to your hubby for his service! Mine served in the USAF.
ReplyDeleteA big "Thank you!" to your husband!!
