We had a wonderful dinner with family (a bit sad)..... since my son is leaving soon for Boot Camp.
These are memories to keep. Fortunately we have ability to photograph our memories, before we forget them!
As I look back at Thanksgiving's of the past. I do miss the one's who have passed on. Enjoy your family, while you appreciate them now.
That last line is BEAUTIFUL. :) I like your Thanksgiving picture. Ordinary is special. :) :)
ReplyDeletePictures are a good way to treasure the moments with those we love. Blessings to you Kim.
ReplyDeleteOrdinary is good!! I always say that at our age and with all the stuff that's going on, a good day for me is one where nothing happens! It's a sweet family picture, everyone talking and involved, like most families. We do need to enjoy the moment and appreciate all the little things, because life is in the many little things.
ReplyDeleteordinary is the truth and the beauty.... like extra-ordinary... why did you use the word "sad" ...it seems to be nice healthy family photo..very nice...thanks for sharing this with us..
ReplyDeleteWe had a fabulous holiday celebration! Glad you did too! Great memories were made all around!
