I knew that was nonsense but stress does seem to aggravate my disease. I know extreme stress can trigger certain illnesses.... interesting stuff.K. High levels of stress can make you more prone to get ill in general, especially over a long period of time because the body just can't deal w/ high levels of fight or flight hormones over the course of a year.
