I also have MS and you are right...things could be worse. I'm legally blind due to the optic neuritis but God has used the blindness and other MS symptoms to heal my broken wounded heart and to open doors to reach out to others that I would not otherwise have. Now, I am able to thank Him for the MS and blindness...even though I don't always like it. The rewards have outweighed the discomfort.<br /><br />When our options become so limited and the pain is worth than the cure, you'll be doing those exercises, by gosh......you just have to wait until "stuff gets worse" lol!
