I am back from my vacation of a lifetime!!
I will start with my favorite picture......me spending time with my grandbaby!
we saw many mountains
Storm as we were heading into Texas
My niece took this out West somewhere
Pictures cannot show how grand the Grand Canyon is!
My mother in law and my niece looking over the edge!
I wear sunglasses because I have dry eyes (not trying to look Hollywood)
My daughter was glad to make it to the Grand Canyon before dark!
I tried to take my grandbaby home but his parents did not agree!

loved loved my granny time!
I kept thinking of the song "America The Beautiful" as I rode 5000 miles in the RV camper!
I did not get overly tired, felt pretty good actually.....
I highly recommend seeing the world around you whenever you can!
what a trip you had with the bonus of the grandbaby.. he is a doll and I am betting he loved riding with you... i have dreamed of RV trip like this... so happy for you that you could take this trip

So glad to see you back!! The vacation pictures are very good, but I have to say that my favorites are the first and last. You and your precious grandbaby! You are both beautiful, and you do not look near old enough to be a grandmother!

ReplyDeleteSo glad that you had a good time. You sure looked happy when it was grandma time. he is a cutie but I think you'd find it a handful if you could take him home. A vacation with family. It doesn't get much better than that.

Wow! This sounds like a fantastic adventure of a vacation; one you will not forget. Too bad you couldn't take your grandbaby home with you -- but it's for the best; when they get fussy, you can always hand them back to their parents which is something you couldn't do if you took him with you.
