My Dads One Year Passing


My dad passed away one year ago today.....it still hurts and I still miss him everyday!

One year later a plant that was sent to his funeral.....is blooming so pretty now.

I see it as a message from him.

    Two of the plants that were sent to the funeral home when my mom died, over five years ago, were very large ones. I kept one and gave the huge one to the church. The one in the church is still living and mine only died this year. Yours is beautiful.

    It's hard, my dad passed 13 years ago, and I still think of him and miss him every day.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. My dad died 3 years ago this month, so I can empathize. Those are really pretty flowers!

    I am so sorry. My father has been gone for over twenty years now - and I still miss him.
    And I am sure that thriving plant is a message of comfort.

    Oh yes, I too understand. My dad died in 1999 and I still miss him. But remembering him makes me smile.
    I think us daughters and dads have a special bond.
    The lovely plant is a wonderful message. : )
