ReplyDeleteso so glad your son is coming home safely to you. :-) I salute him for my Dad, a WW11 vet, purple heart and all and was captured the last 7 days of the war. His sqaud put a can opener in the rafters while held up in a barn, when my folks returned top germany 25+ years after the war the barn was now a restaurant. my dad went up and reached out the window and brought home the bottle opener. i have it displayed in my hutch with honor. cool huh?

Came to see how you fared in the ice storm and got a much better piece of news instead. Woohooo and praise the Lord for his safe return! My nephew (in law) is headed there in a few months, and I'm worried sick, especially with the current news. I am so happy for you that your son is on American soil. Thank him over and over from a grateful citizen for his bravery.
