My daughter-in-law was in a car wreck
she was riding along with a friend to do errands
when another vehicle hit her side of the car
(like the net pic above)
Thankfully she is fine but has aches and pains.
When you get that heart-stopping middle of the night phone call
it is a relief for it to start with "everybody is Ok"
We know side impact car wrecks can be devastating!
I Praise the Lord that she is doing Ok
since it could have been so much worse!
So very sorry about the accident and so glad your daughter in law is ok!
ReplyDeleteOh geez. I am glad she is OK. Stuff could always be worse, indeed.
ReplyDeleteOh, I hate those middle of the night calls. Glad everyone is OK.
ReplyDeleteYes, you're right, I'm happy for her daughter and udted. My brother was lucky and was killed in a car accident.
ReplyDeleteHI KIM,
ReplyDeletephew, so glad she wasn't hurt. And ya, the middle of the night phone call is heart stopping. Talk soon
Love Gail
peace.......
NO KIDDING, praise the Lord! Goodness gracious it's amazing how he sends his angels to protect us!
ReplyDeleteI agree, calls like that should always start with "everyone is okay." You never want to hear anything else.
ReplyDeleteThankfully, they are making cars safer and safer. My husband was in an accident just like that a couple years back. With all the air bags deployed, ha walked away from a totaled car! Still, when I saw the car a couple days later, the first think I said was "Oh thank God."
Oh... I hate those late night phone calls. Happy to hear she wasn't hurt.
ReplyDeleteGlad it wasn't worse but even so, she should see a doctor and a personal injury lawyer right away. She will have a claim against the other driver's insurance.
ReplyDeleteSo glad she's okay. Must've terrified her though!
ReplyDeleteHer guardian angel was working overtime. Glad every thing turned out OK.
ReplyDeleteso sorry to hear this kim, and happy she is ok.
ReplyDeleteHow scary. Glad she is fine.
ReplyDeleteAs they say "All's Well That Ends Well".
ReplyDeleteThanks to God that she is alright, such a scary thing!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear that!! I am so thankful she is fine, God was watching out for her!!
ReplyDeleteWhen the phone rings late or early it can only be bad news. I am so happy that aches and bruises are the extent of the damage to your daughter in law. Cars can be repaired more easily than people and certainly replaced much more easily.
ReplyDeleteThank God!!!! You are so right about those side impacts. That is one of my greatest fears. I am so happy she is OK.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, Joanne
Am glad she is alright. Thank God for that
ReplyDeleteHappy to hear that she made it out fine. Thank God for His protection.
ReplyDeleteME TOO! So thankful Jacob was there to take care of her! That was one rough night!
