I see the hawk, Kim. What beautiful surroundings. I am thankful this morning for the gift of sight to enjoy God's wonderful world. Wishing you a pleasant day.
I see it and it is beautiful. You are right that we have to look hard to find the beauty sometimes. And, we have to be paying attention to the positive and not the negative.
we are wishing our hawks would fly away from the house and leave our sweet little doves alone, they are eating them daily with feathers falling in the pool as proof. i do see it right in the middle
Hi Kim, I see it!!!!! We have hawks around here --but they don't come near our bird feeders (thank goodness). Every night, a couple of Mourning Doves come to the feeders... Hawks love to eat Mourning Doves... SO--I don't want those hawks anywhere near here!!!!! Hugs, Betsy
I so wish Patti's MS visual impairment didn't prevent her seeing our hawks. We live on a raptor migration route and our backyard feeder has become a fast food stop.
I see it! I love the way it's soaring, and I totally agree about having to look to see the beauty.
I'm glad that I stumbled back upon this blog. Your story is really inspiring! I plan to share the address with a woman also living with MS.
You mentioned on my blog that my pictures were "staying big". Now, I'm freaked out because they DO look enormous this morning. Don't know what's up with that.

ReplyDeleteI see it Kim! And you are so right, but if you do look hard enough eventually you will see the beauty.

Well said, Kim. Sometimes we have to look hard to see the beauty in our lives, but it is always worth the effort.

ReplyDeleteVery true thought. Nice job catching the hawk. Gotta move quick to snap a good shot of flying birds. :)
