I so worry but try to be happy for her. When your child leaves the country, it is an anxious time.
I know it will be over too fast for her. I am proud of her, with a tense feeling.
I now know how my Mom felt, when I left for adventures of life. What goes around, comes around again.
What a wonderful opportunity for your daughter! As parents, we will always be a little anxious (ok alot anxious) when they leave the nest for great adventures such as these. Praying God's peace over you and His hand of protection over her!

ReplyDeleteshe is and will always be your baby...time goes by fast too, what an exciting time!
ReplyDeleteTime like these are time to remind us to let go. Sooner or later we have to let them go and let them have their own life. I remember my son's first 2 days 1 night camp at school. The school is only few blocks away, and he is in a very safe environment, but my hubby and I would occasionally when over to spy and see if everything is alright, without him knowing of course. This is the fun part of parenting, I guess
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for your daughter!! And yet I can imagine how hard it is for you!! Praying for you! :)
